Vizzve Microseva is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even If the I tem had free shipping in the first place; the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.
