IIT Bombay Student Ends His Life by Falling from Hostel Terrace

A 23-year-old final-year student of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, Rohit Sinha, tragically died after falling from the 10th-floor terrace of a hostel building on the Powai campus in the early hours of August 2, 2025. The police suspect the death to be a case of suicide.
