These terms ("Terms") apply to all content published on Vizzve (https://vizzve.com) and India Dhan (https://indiadhan.com) (collectively, the "Website").

By publishing, accessing, or using any content on the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

This Website may include third-party images, videos, text, or other content that belong to their respective owners.

Such materials are used under Fair Dealing provisions of Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, strictly for news reporting, commentary, criticism, research, or educational purposes.

Vizzve and India Dhan do not claim ownership of any third-party content unless expressly stated.

We will review your concern and take prompt corrective action in good faith.

• Third-Party Content: Any text, image, video, audio, or other material created by persons or organizations other than Vizzve/India Dhan.
• Complainant: Any person or organization asserting rights in such Third-Party Content.

Third-Party Content may be used on the Website strictly for fair dealing purposes, including:

• News reporting
• Commentary and criticism
• Research and analysis
• Education and informational purposes

Such use is lawful under Section 52(1)(a) of the Copyright Act, 1957.

Vizzve and India Dhan do not claim ownership over any Third-Party Content unless explicitly mentioned.

All proprietary rights remain vested with the respective rights holders.

Upon receiving notice of a possible infringement, Vizzve and India Dhan will act in good faith to promptly remove or disable access to the disputed material.

If a use qualifies as fair dealing, we will explain our legal position and restore content only after the matter is lawfully resolved.

Before initiating any legal action or claiming compensation, the rights-holder must follow this process:

a. Send a written takedown notice to our Grievance Officer at grievance@vizzve.com.

b. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve the issue within 15 calendar days, in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

c. If unresolved, disputes may proceed only as per Clause 12 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction).

By submitting a takedown notice, the Complainant warrants that:

• They are the rightful owner or an authorized representative of the content;
• The information provided is accurate and made in good faith;
• They agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vizzve and India Dhan against any loss, damages, or costs arising from false, misleading, or malicious claims.

Any corrective action or removal of content shall not constitute an admission of liability.

Vizzve and India Dhan shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 10,000 or the actual amount earned from the disputed content, whichever is lower.

Any person who uploads or submits content guarantees that they hold all necessary rights and licenses.

They shall indemnify Vizzve and India Dhan against any third-party claims arising from their submissions.

Since all use of third-party content is made under fair dealing provisions, no financial compensation or royalty will be paid to any party.

Disputes will only be addressed under the notice-and-takedown process.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Foreign complainants must comply with Clause 7 before initiating any legal proceedings.

These Terms apply to all content, including previously published or archived material on the Website.

Frivolous, malicious, or repetitive copyright claims will be treated as abuse of process.

Vizzve and India Dhan reserve the right to recover legal costs and damages against such complainants.

If any provision is held invalid by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Vizzve and India Dhan may update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
