Vizzve Admin

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reminded students that JEE Main 2026 registration will close on November 27. Candidates who have not yet completed their application process are advised to submit their forms immediately to avoid last-minute technical issues.

The application correction window will open from December 1, allowing applicants to edit specific fields and rectify errors before the exam city allotment and admit card release.

What Can Be Corrected in the JEE Main Form?

NTA allows changes to:

Personal details (limited fields)

Category

Paper selection (B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Planning)

Exam city preferences

Educational qualifications

Uploaded documents (photo/signature)

Some fields, such as mobile number and email ID, usually cannot be changed — students must check NTA’s detailed notice once the window opens.

Why the Correction Window Is Important

A mistake in the application form can lead to:

Incorrect category reservation

Wrong exam city allotment

Errors in admit card details

Disqualification during document verification

NTA does not open correction windows multiple times, so students should carefully review:

Name spelling

Date of birth

Gender

Category certificate validity

Academic marks
