In what was expected to be a grand celebration of RCB’s maiden IPL title victory, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s open-top bus parade has been officially canceled. The parade was originally set to begin at 3:30 PM from Vidhana Soudha and end at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, but Bengaluru police cited severe traffic congestion and public inconvenience as reasons for the cancellation.

While the decision disappointed many fans, Bengaluru Police and RCB management have announced an alternative felicitation ceremony. The event will now be held at Chinnaswamy Stadium from 5 PM to 6 PM, where fans can witness the victorious squad, including Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis, and Mohammed Siraj, being honored.

Authorities have also requested commuters to avoid routes near Vidhana Soudha and the stadium from 3 PM to 8 PM, warning of possible delays and congestion in the area.
