Whether it’s been a while since your last login or you’re switching devices, resetting your Vizzve credentials is quick, secure, and simple.
Here’s how to do it in just 3 safe steps—without stress or delays.
✅ Step 1: Open the Vizzve App & Tap “Forgot PIN” or “Forgot Password”
Open the Vizzve mobile app
On the login screen, tap:
🔁 “Forgot PIN” – to reset 4-digit access PIN
🔐 “Forgot Password” – to reset your account password
🔒 This will start a secure recovery process tied to your registered mobile number.
✅ Step 2: Verify Your Identity with OTP
An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number
Enter the OTP in the app when prompted
🛑 Never share this OTP with anyone—not even someone claiming to be from Vizzve.
If you didn’t receive the OTP:
Check your network
Tap “Resend OTP”
Or switch to email-based verification if available
✅ Step 3: Set a New Password or PIN
Once verified, you’ll be prompted to create a new:
🔐 Password (use 6–12 characters, mix of letters & numbers)
OR
🔢 4-digit PIN (easy for you to remember, hard for others to guess)
✔️ Confirm the new credentials
✔️ Tap “Submit”
✔️ You’ll be logged in instantly with your new access
🔁 What Happens After Reset?
Your old PIN or password becomes invalid
Your account remains fully secure
You’ll receive a confirmation message and email
All previous login sessions will be automatically logged out
🚨 Forgot Both PIN & Password?
No problem. Just:
Use “Forgot Password” option
Reset it via OTP
Then set a new PIN from App Settings > Security > Change PIN
